Exhibitors must pre-register.
- All scarecrows must have a plain or happy face.
- Size not to exceed 4 ft wide and 6 ft. tall and must be free standing or seated in a chair.
- No mechanical or electrical parts.
- Scarecrows will be judged on originality, workmanship and general appearance.
- Must enter online. No entry Fee. Dept. 22 Section 11.
- Scarecrows can be placed on Sunday or Monday before the fair and removed on Monday after the fair from 9am to 12 noon.
- Judging will be on Tuesday.
- Contest is open to all clubs, groups, organizations or individuals.
