2025 Demo Derby Registration Info

Important Notes:

All Juniors must be registered prior to Demo Day.
All Juniors must have a notarized Minor Release Form.
All Juniors must have a copy of their birth certificate.
16 & 17 year olds may run in the adult class with a notarized Minor Release Form and a copy of their birth certificate.
Pre-Registration: $50.00
Day-of Registration: $75.00
Registration closes at 4:00 PM on Derby Day — no exceptions!
Each class is limited and first come, first served. No heats.

Registration Limits by Class:

Juniors – 25 max
Mild Mini – 20 max
Farm Truck – 15 max
Bumper Swap – 25 max
MWFA – 25 max

I have read the rules and accept the decision of the JUDGES as final and elect to use the fair grounds and track in its present condition. I agree to have my car at the race area at least 2 hours prior to show time for inspection OR I will be ineligible to run. Please complete the following disclaimer!!!!! I hereby agree by and between contestant (signed below) and The Sullivan County Agriculture Society (Sullivan County Fair Association) (OWNER), that the constant agrees to indemnify, defend, save harmless and assume any costs of defense or liability imposed upon the owner herein from any and all claims or demands made upon the said Owner in any way growing out of the said Contestants use of the Fair Grounds and buildings or in any way related the Sullivan County Agricultural Society. It is further expressed, understood by and between the parties this covenant to indemnify and hold harmless by the Contestant to the Owner is made knowing, voluntarily and in consideration or a fee above. I promise to abide by all rules of the Society.
