Contest Rules
- Please register before August 15th online at Blue Ribbons Software
- Round bales will be provided and placed in outdoor locations. Participants must check-in at the Fair Office for the location of their bale.
- Participants must provide their own decorating supplies.
- No mechanical, electrical or electronic devices may be used.
- All entries must be completed no later than 7 pm Monday before the fair.
